It is mandatory for every customer to agree with Nexus Embroidery's service policies. We also recommend that customers review these terms from time to time to stay updated, ensuring that no issues arise that could affect your business in the future.
At Nexus Embroidery, our customers are very important to us, and we are committed to ensuring their design requirements are fulfilled with the highest quality. If a customer is not satisfied with our work, they can claim a full refund within a week. To process the refund, the customer must provide a sew-out of the original design delivered by Nexus Embroidery. Once the sew-out is verified, the refund process will be initiated.
If a customer makes any modifications to the file provided by Nexus Embroidery and the design gets damaged during machine embroidery or printing, Nexus Embroidery will not be responsible for any such issues.
If a customer takes the file provided by Nexus Embroidery directly into final production without proper checking or testing, and later faces issues like spelling mistakes, color changes, print damage, or placement errors resulting in damaged garments, Nexus Embroidery will not be held responsible in any case.
We prioritize building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. We offer free small revisions or edits within one week of placing the order without any extra charges. For orders older than one week or for major revisions, a fee will be applied.
We commit to deliver each design within 3 to 6 hours, depending on the complexity of the design. However, in case of any delays due to technical issues or natural circumstances beyond our control, Nexus Embroidery will not be held responsible.
We value strong relationships with our customers and strive to keep our pricing affordable. For digitizing services, we charge a flat rate of $15 for left chest/cap logos. Jacket back designs start from $25, max $50, based on complexity. For vector services, prices start from $10, max $50, based on the complexity of the artwork. Bulk order discounts are available.
We accept almost all types of payment methods, including PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, Zyla, American Express, and more, ensuring a smooth and secure payment process for our customers.
It is mandatory for all customers to pay their invoices by the 10th of each month. If payment is not made by the due date, Nexus Embroidery will not provide services to unpaid customers, and their work will be put on hold until payment is received.
All digitizing and vectorizing files created by Nexus Embroidery are exclusively designed for the customer. Once the files are delivered, the customer has full ownership and the right to use them on their products or sell them as they wish. Nexus Embroidery acts solely as a service provider, converting the given logos or designs into digitized or vector formats. We charge only for the conversion service, and once delivered, these files no longer remain our property. We do not use, share, or resell any files unless we have the customer's explicit approval. Additionally, Nexus Embroidery is not responsible for converting any material that may be copyrighted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided designs are authorized for reproduction.
All content and materials on this website, including but not limited to themes, designs, layouts, text, photographs, and all other materials, are the registered and licensed property of Nexus Embroidery. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
